Drawing on the concept of housing discontent, the researcher reflects on the social and political impacts of the housing crisis and examines the measures proposed by the Portuguese Government in this context.

The document was presented by Nuno Costa, President of the Secção Regional dos Açores da Ordem dos Arquitectos (Azores Regional Section of the Order of Architects, OA.SRAZO), Fernando Diogo, from the Universidade dos Açores (University of the Azores), and Lídia Fernandes, from DINÂMIA’CET-Iscte, representing the report’s coordinating team.
