Taking Office Ceremony of the new Director of DINÂMIA'CET-Iscte

On September 8, 2025, Paulo Tormenta Pinto was sworn in as the Director of DINÂMIA'CET-Iscte for the 2025/2028 term.
Paulo Tormenta Pinto is a Full Professor and has held various leadership positions at Iscte, including director of the Department of Architecture and Urbanism and deputy director of the School of Technologies and Architecture. He also founded the PhD program "Architecture of Contemporary Metropolitan Territories" and the journal Passagens.
The new DINÂMIA'CET-Iscte Board of Directors is composed of Deputy Directors Joana Pestana Lages and Nuno Bento, who are Integrated Researchers at the Unit. Ana Costa, Paulo Marques, Teresa Marat-Mendes, along with Integrated Researcher Rolando Volzone, make up the Unit's Scientific Committee.
DINÂMIA'CET-Iscte welcomes the new Deputy Directors and Scientific Committee and thanks the previous commitees, whose terms are now ending, for their work and dedication.
