Senior advisor, Bjørgvin diocese, Church of Norway, with working areas culture, music, anniversaries, pilgrim and church interior, since 2011. We hope to increase awareness and love for church art within the church and in the local community; searching for the wise method, “bottom up”, to secure genuine, long-lasting engagement and belonging. My studies include MM in Performance and Literature, bassoon, MA in Arts Management and MBA (Business administration). Working background as bassoonist, touring Northern Norway with a wind quintet, 20 years in diverse arts management positions: Bergen Philharmonic Orchestra, The Grieg Anniversary 1993 (Nordic jubilee), The Grieg Academy, University of Bergen, City of Bergen, arts dep., Edvard Grieg Museum, Grieg 07 (National commemoration), Norcode (Norwegian Copyright development association), Norsk publikumsutvikling (audience development).
