Reinhard Naumann, licenciatura em Ciência Política (Philipps-Universität Marburg, 1988), trabalhou de 1989 a 1991 como responsável pela organização na sede do Movimento Anti-Apartheid na Alemanha. Vive e trabalha desde 1991 em Portugal, inicialmente no projecto “The Emerging Pattern of Industrial Relations in Portugal” (CIES 1991-1994). Desde 1996 é representante da Fundação Friedrich Ebert em Portugal e desde 2006/2007 é correspondente de dois observatórios europeus (European Industrial Relations Observatory – EIRO e European Employment Observatory – EEO. Tem publicado artigos científicos em algumas obras de referência na área das Industrial Relations.
