|Francesca Sgobbi received her PhD in Industrial Engineering in 1997. She is Associate Professor of Organisation at the University of Brescia (I) and Research Fellow at DINAMIA`CET (ISCTE-University Institute of Lisbon, P). Her research interests focus on labour economics, education economics and HRM. She is Associate Editor of the International Journal of Human Capital and Information Technology Professionals.|
